Finally after many years trying we’ve sorted getting Wax Tailor to Australia as part of his World Tour, albeit only to 3 shows here. Hopefully this is the first of many, with future tours to include other cities/states. Big thanks to Spoonbill and Shine On Festival for making it possible!

A harmony of light, design, sustainability, and electronic soundscapes. Kubik Melbourne will illuminate Birrarung Marr for an unforgettable experience during its Southern Hemisphere premier season as part of Melbourne Music Week… Wax Tailor plays Tuesday the 22nd. Others playing during Kubik include Gaslamp Killer, DJ Krush and Daedelus. 

Shine on Festival near Beaufort (Pyrenees Ranges, Western Victoria) [website/facebook] 18-20 November 2011

A festival of music, arts, camping, dancing and more. A selection of sounds and culture from across the globe and across the country join together in the Australian countryside to celebrate the onset of summer! A weekend of music, arts and culture featuring three stages of entertainment, bands, djs, live electronica, installations, performance, markets and an array of strange and wonderful happenings. Wax plays on the 19th.
